The Introduction to ICEM CFD training course is for ANSYS
users needing to learn advanced meshing techniques for
complex geometries.
Course Structure:
On 1st & 2nd Weeks the training will focus on geometry
tools, surface meshing and tetrahedral volume meshing using
the different options in ICEM CFD.
On 3rd & 4th Weeks the training will focus on creating prism
and hexahedral meshes using the different options in ICEM
CFD.
On 5th & 6th Weeks the formal lectures will finish and
students can start working on creating their own ICEM CFD
meshes with guidance from the instructor.
Course Description:
This course is intended for people who have had little or no
experience with ANSYS ICEM CFD. In this course, we have come
up with a training module for two important members of the
ANSYS family of products: ICEM CFD and FLUENT
