Improving Thermal Interface Material (TIM) Thermal
Testing Accuracy This presentation is on testing of TIM (Thermal Interface Materials) for electronics cooling applications, with a focus Thermal conductivity coefficient measurement of TIM materials and challenges with typical ASTM D4570 test method implementation beside other methods. The presentation then describes an automated, accurate test methodology and industrial solution (DynTIM) and its application to different TIM materials and In-situ performance assessment. There is presented a topic on TIM material properties variance with aging over cycling to aid selection decisions. For more information and to register, click here. |
