FloTHERM XT, you can reduce your design process times by a

general-purpose simulation products.
A thermal design using the BeagleBone Black board will be
used to demonstrate FloTHERM XT’s CAD-centric approach, PCB
design flow interoperability and SmartCells™ based mesh.
