capabilities and what these offer over desktop
environments. On completion you will able to: demonstrate
a critical awareness of the range of HPC (hardware)
platforms available for CFD simulations; demonstrate the
systematic application of the essential software
extensions required for parallel computing; recognise what
application of HPC can achieve.
