INTRODUCTION The 15th International Conference on Boundary Element Technology provides an established platform for the exchange of ideas in the field. The meeting will give the opportunity for researchers and industrial users to discuss novel advances in the theory and application of the Boundary Element Method (BEM). This conference, to take place in Dearborn, Detroit, will be particularly focused on the solution of industrial problems, including those of interest to the automotive and aerospace industry.
