INTRODUCTION
The 15th International Conference on Boundary Element Technology provides an established platform for the exchange of ideas in the field. The meeting will give the opportunity for researchers and industrial users to discuss novel advances in the theory and application of the Boundary Element Method (BEM).

This conference, to take place in Dearborn, Detroit, will be particularly focused on the solution of industrial problems, including those of interest to the automotive and aerospace industry.

The meeting has the collaboration of major institutions in the region as well as from Europe and the rest of the world.

LOCATION


Detroit is known as the Motor City or "Motown". Located in the Southeastern part of Michigan, it is renowned for it's massive automobile industry. The world headquarters for General Motors Chrysler and Ford are based in this area. The neighbouring town of Dearborn was the home of Ford Motor Company's founder, Henry Ford.

CONFERENCE VENUE


The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn. Minutes from downtown Detroit and located in the historic home of the American automobile, with the unique Henry Ford Museum and Ford Motor Company headquarters nearby. The hotel offers a choice of five restaurants and a fabulous revolving roof-top lounge. There are many local restaurants nearby to choose from.
