Description: |
Patient-specific modeling of blood vessel anatomy and
hemodynamics is a promising tool that may aid clinicians in
their decision-making and, as such, it is a current
hot-topic in computational life-sciences. In this summer
school we will focus on two tools, VMTK for creating
patient-specific geometries and FEniCS for performing flow
computations. Particular emphasis is put on hands-on
sessions in which participants will learn to master the
tools under guidance by their very creators.
