Execution is Key to Survival During Start-Up
As Thomas Friedman writes in "Hot, Flat, and Crowded," the
need for sustainable, earth-friendly energy sources will
drive business opportunities and the application of new
technology in the post-recession era. Venture capitalists
are still seeking scalable innovations from the most
promising new ideas.
At the same time, many initiatives are already in various
stages of development. These ambitious process and product
development programs are often limited by resource
availability and time. Progress is hampered by an Edisonian
trial-and-error discovery process. Clearly, a new approach
is called for.
ANSYS provides a unique blend of highly-automated
engineering simulation tools with the expertise to guide
project implementation on a jump-start service basis. This
two-part webinar series will focus on two major technology
domains, namely solar and wind energy. We will share our
core competencies related to steps in product and process
development, design exploration and verification, scale-up,
manufacturing and performance analysis, including service
life prediction.
