User Meeting, holding from 17th to 18th of November 2009 in
Brussels. This event will be held at the new hotel, SOFITEL
Brussels Le Louise, “Place Louise”. You are kindly invited

NUMECA R&D strategy focuses on the development of innovative
software products and technologies, to offer best in class
dedicated CFD products for a large family of applications.
The User Meeting is a unique meeting place where we release
the latest information on our products and services. At this
occasion, NUMECA will present an innovative breakthrough in
convergence acceleration of its flagship codes FINE™/Turbo
and FINE™/Hexa. This breakthrough, based on enhanced
implicitness, leads to a drastic reduction in computational
time, ranging from a factor 3 to 10 upon applications, with
respect to current advanced NUMECA current technologies.
This gives NUMECA a major lead, offering our users the
ability to accelerate their CFD calculations by one order of
magnitude versus other CFD codes, without penalty in terms
of memory.
We will also present our new features in terms of grid
generation, flow solvers, visualization, multiphysics, free
